About CFS Best Practice

Late in the summer of 1996 we challenged ourselves to explore how technology could help us to deliver excellence in our Child and Family Services practice.

We were dedicated to building a system that would reflect the integrity of the agency. This would provide the 'safe place' where we could store the information we needed to help and support the children and families that make up our community. This would be the system built by social workers for social workers

After much listening and planning, we built and tested our initial system. Time and time again we questioned our workers and managers on how we could improve the system for them. Year after year we developed new features and improved the existing features. We made CFS Best Practice easier to use, and we focused the entire system on Child and Family Services and nothing else.

We know what a difference our system can make to your agency because we've used and improved it for 12 long years. It's no coincidence that we chose to call our system CFS Best Practice.

CFS Best Practice means more time and less paperwork together with easier and greater control of your caseloads. The built in features of CFS Best Practice will bring lots of time saving and help to set common organizational standards for your agency.

From the intake of new cases right through to automatic auditing you'll find that CFS Best Practice will support and help your front line workers to have more time to do what they do best - care for our children and our future.
